For Google Ads Compliance: We do not use remarketing tags that collect sensitive financial data. Ads are targeted only to general interest categories (e.g., "personal finance"), never based on your tax inputs or account activity.

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently erase your personal inputs within 30 days (except anonymized analytics data, which cannot be linked back to you). Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

CoinTaxCalculate is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we've inadvertently received such data, we'll delete it immediately.

Our services are designed for US taxpayers. If you access our Platform from outside the United States, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or legal changes. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice on our site at least 7 days before the update takes effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
